Can I track my order?
Yes, you will receive an email containing tracking information once your order is processed.
How long is shipping?
We strive to ship orders as soon as possible (excluding weekends and holidays). After placing your order, we will estimate delivery dates based on the availability of your item(s), selected shipping method, and your shipment’s destination. Please note that these are only estimates provided by the carrier and do not guarantee actual delivery times. Once your order is shipped you will receive a shipment confirmation with your tracking info.
Can I personalize or choose a different color?
Many item are available in other colors and most can be personalized. Please put your request in the note box at checkout, if it is not available you will be notified. Please note that if it is no notes are placed at checkout it cannot be added once processed. You can contact us as soon as possible if order has been placed.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes, your complete satisfaction with our products is our goal. You may be subject to a restocking or return shipping fee. Please note that to be eligible for returns, items must be in their original purchase condition, and include all product documentation. We will not be responsible for lost or damaged returned shipments.
Personalized items may not be returned.
Items that have been damaged by the customer may not be returned.
Special orders are final sale and are not eligible for return.
Damaged or uninsured packages will be refused upon receipt.
Returns with missing paperwork or product will not be processed.
UPDATE: Due to COVID19 Pandemic we will not accept returns or exchanges. Please contact us if you have a question about size prior to placing your order. We will respond as quickly as possible.
Can I cancel my order?
Once orders are placed they can be canceled within the first hour, after that orders cannot be canceled.
Order missing, what can I do?
Orders are shipped via USPS. Deerora Creations is not responsible for orders lost, mishandled or misplaced by USPS. Please contact USPS directly to file a claim.
